How our graduate interview coaching works
Here at UK Career Consultantss, we take a blended learning, double-pronged approach with our interview coaching program.
The first step is to complete our ‘Nail that Interview’ course. This interactive online course is made up of 9 modules that you can work through at your own pace. You will also receive 8 downloadable guides, such as our Skills Audit, to help you to uncover and strengthen your job-specific skills.
Once you have completed the online course, we will provide coaching sessions either in a face-to-face setting in our London office or online. During these sessions, we will host mock interviews and provide you with feedback. This practice will dramatically help you to confidently articulate your skills and experience during your interviews and to demonstrate to your interviewer that you are right for the job. We’ll also offer bespoke training on how to nail all of the interview stages. So if you have a telephone/video interview, or an assessment centre coming up, we’ll help you to prepare for it.

Yes, certainly! Once you sign up for interview coaching, we will give you immediate access to our online interview course. Then we will schedule in one-to-one meetings or video calls to offer you advice tailored to your upcoming interview.
We will provide comprehensive support during the time leading up to your interview to ensure that you are fully prepared.
If you provide us with the date and time of your upcoming interview and the job description of the job you will be interviewing for we can really tailor our service to your needs. For example, during your mock session, we’ll run through some tailored interview questions that you are likely to be asked.
